Pay For A Student to Experience Conference
Each year there are college students who need financial help to participate in the conference. Won’t you make a difference in a future aviator’s life and provide a memorable experience to a deserving student?You can provide a conference admission for $225 per student.
Deadline to pay for a student(s) for conference is January 21, 2025. (This will allow time to notify the students and give them appropriate time to plan their travel.)You can also choose to pay for a student's admission to the Pioneer Hall of Fame Ceremony and Celebration Dinner! For $99, you can allow them to be a part of this incredible evening to honor the heroes of our industry and inspire everyone in attendance. Space is limited for this special event, and may not be available for purchase onsite...so don't wait!The option to pay for a student(s) for the conference and for the dinner are available for you to add when you register for conference. You can also go back and add this to your registration in the Attendee Service Center.

Student Members Requesting Financial Assistance
If you would like to request to apply to receive one of the conference registrations paid for by other attendees, please complete the form below. Please keep in mind, there are a very limited number of paid registrations available, and only the cost of registration is included. Selected students will still need to cover the cost of their travel and hotel accommodation, so please only apply if you are able to do this. Deadline to complete application is January 21, 2025. Selected students will be notified after January 24, 2025.
Volunteer Opportunities
Did you know that the annual WAI conference isn't possible without a small army of volunteers? In addition to the core team of the WAI staff, more than 500 volunteers pull together to make each annual conference a success. Join our volunteer crew at WAI2025 and have fun experiencing the conference in a different way and meet other interesting WAI members.
Please note, you must be registered for the day at conference that you are volunteering. Please submit your registration first, and when asked if you are interested in volunteering, simply check "yes" and our Volunteer coordinators will reach out to you with next steps!
