Neither WAI nor our designated hotels will contact you via a third-party regarding your hotel reservation, so please beware of tech-savvy scammers that create fake reservations and websites that look legitimate. If you book through these sites or over the phone through any unofficial channel, you run the risk of, among other things, arriving at the hotel and not having a room reserved. Please report these scams to waiconfreg@wai.org. If you have received such a scam or have been subjected to a scam, please consider reporting it to your local law enforcement agency right away as well, as the Federal Trade Commission.
