Workforce Development

The FAA Women in Aviation Advisory Board (WIABB) published its 70-page report, called Breaking Barriers for Women in Aviation: Flight Plan for the Future, advising on recruiting and retaining women in aviation. The WIAAB includes 30 female members, including WAI leadership, representing a wide range of aviation/aerospace professions who have met and reviewed data and trends over two years to provide the information needed for this report.
