Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor Registration is now open! Deadline for exhibitor registration was March 7, 2025. There will be no onsite booth registration.

We’ve been made aware of phishing scams targeting event participants. Please be cautious of unsolicited emails, calls, or messages asking for payment or personal information.
Signs of a phishing attempt:
- Unfamiliar sender email addresses
- Suspicious links or attachments
- Urgent payment requests

Parking: Please note WAI is not able to validate parking. Fees at the Gaylord Rockies are as follows:
On-site parking is $33 daily
Valet parking is $48 daily

Due to increasing demand for exhibit space, full payment must be included with the application/contract for space to be assigned.
* Please Note: Each 10' x 10' space includes one six foot table, two chairs, one wastebasket, back and sidewall drape and standard identification sign.

The Daily is published on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during the conference. Attendees read The Daily for the latest news and events of the day including your featured ad. Digital versions will be emailed to all conference attendees and will be available on the conference app and website for all WAI members and friends.
