Women in Aviation International invites you to discover what it means to Connect. Engage. Inspire. at the 33rd Annual International Women in Aviation Conference, March 17-19, 2022, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Journalists, photographers, and videographers attending the International Women in Aviation Conference may request media credentials using the PDF form below. Please email the completed form to Kelly Murphy at kmurphy@wai.org by February 18, 2022.
Freelance journalists/photographers/videographers: Please include a copy of your assignment on company letterhead with the press registration form.
The number of media credentials issued to each media outlet will be limited to a reasonable number at the discretion of WAI. Any personnel over that limit will be subject to regular registration rates.
Upon receipt of your registration form, it may take up to 10 business days to review and confirm your registration. An email will be sent to the address provided on the registration form.
WAI reserves the right to request additional information from any media outlet prior to approving credentials, and may also approve or reject any credential requests for the event.
Registered media representatives will be added to the WAI’s media distribution list. This list is shared with conference exhibitors who may wish to contact the media regarding newsworthy items during the event.
