WAI Acknowledges Sad Passing of Matt Zuccaro, HAI Longtime Leader
Women in Aviation International acknowledges today’s sad news that Matthew Zuccaro, the immediate past president and CEO of Helicopter Association International, has passed away.
HAI has been a long-time WAI supporter as a corporate member as well as an exhibitor and participant at WAI conferences and events.
“I want to personally extend my condolences to Matt’s wife, Doreen, and his family, as I had the privilege of working for Matt at the HAI Foundation for over four years,” says Allison McKay, WAI CEO. “Matt’s vision and leadership as a longtime leader of HAI was critical to having a strong voice for the rotor industry. He was passionate about helicopter safety, and he will be sorely missed,” adds Allison.
