With the support of experienced WAI Mentors, Mentees will have the confidence and knowledge to pursue their dreams and, in turn, make their mark on the aviation industry. And, as a WAI Mentor, seasoned professionals can hone their own leadership and communication skills as they help others navigate their career. There is a benefit for every WAI member!
