July 16 - Charting Success: Building Confidence for Women in Aviation

When WAI Members are asked what attribute they want to build the most, CONFIDENCE is the answer more than almost any other skill. Many assume that women in our industry are naturally confident, but in honest conversations, one would find that we all struggle with confidence regularly. Confidence plays a key role in our success in work and personal lives, and this session will leave attendees of any age, in any professional phase of life, with new tools to use as we navigate our days. 

Dawn Whyte is a skilled aviation professional with 30 years of experience in aviation. Over the last 15 years, Dawn has led and coached teams, taught courses, and helped aviation professionals with confidence. She collaborates with companies to enhance employee education, engagement, and resilience, throughout the aviation industry.

Dawn believes in creating a space to have honest conversations where one can determine their values, strengths, and goals. She understands the unique challenges and culture of the aviation industry, and will lead us through a dynamic and useful session, leaving participants with helpful and actionable tools that will help us successfully chart our course through life.
