WAI2025 Authors Connect Application
Complete the application to participate in the Authors Connect book signings at the annual conference in Denver, Colorado. The deadline to apply is December 15th, 2024.
Each year, Women in Aviation International offers signing opportunities for authors whose books feature women in aviation.
Authors are responsible for shipping or carrying their books to and from the conference site.
Book sales will be through the Authors Connect Square Shop and will incur their standard 2.6% + $.10 processing fees. Authors are responsible for managing any relevant sales tax individually. You will have the opportunity to set your book price prior to the conference.
Authors can expect complimentary access to the exhibition hall, but will need to pay for any add-on events (Pioneer Hall of Fame Banquet, etc.)
Authors signings are prioritized by:
1. Conference honored guests and keynote speakers
2. New book releases (last 24 months).
3. All others based on schedule availability
In some cases, two time slots may be available, and will be prioritized in the same order around author availability.
Scheduling coordination will begin mid-late January.
