Tours are available to WAI members only. Use your registration confirmation email to access the Attendee Service Center and register for additional professional development seminars and workshops, tours, and volunteer opportunities.
Kennedy Space Center Tour

$105 per person
Gain exclusive access to historic launch sites and operational spaceflight facilities on the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour, included with daily admission. On the tour, go behind NASA’s gates to see the past, present, and future of America’s multi-user spaceport before visiting the Apollo/Saturn V Center.
Ticket to be available at Will Call. Wear comfortable shoes as this is a self-guided walking tour. Snacks are available for purchase onsite.
NOAA Aircraft Operations Center Tour
Wednesday, March 20
7 a.m. - 1 p.m. OR 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
$30 per person
Sign-up deadline is March 8, or until sold out.
Register for a morning or afternoon tour of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center in nearby Lakeland, Florida. View the variety of aircraft NOAA operates that collect data vital to protecting lives and property.
Embraer Melbourne Facility Tour

Visit Embraer's 67-acre campus at Orlando-Melbourne International Airport with 450,000 square feet of facilities dedicated to production, engineering, customer support, sales and marketing, and flight operations.

Conference attendees are entitled to discounted tickets to Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and are extended to their family members or friends traveling with them.
Tickets must be booked at the Orlando World Center Marriott through the Concierge Desk, please show your WAI2024 attendee badge. Please keep in mind, these discounts are not offered at the gate or online.
The discounted prices are as follows, inclusive of tax:
One Day Disney Park after 1 p.m.: $129 After 5 p.m.: $99 (After purchasing a ticket, a reservation for each park is required.)
One Day Disney Park Hopper (No restriction of time, two parks in one day, entering the second park after 2 p.m.) $219
