Peppermill Tower Rooms - Peppermill Tower guest rooms and suites have undergone an artful transformation to provide a more extensive array of luxurious amenities. Custom-made furniture and warm accents create a comfortable, relaxing environment, complete with hand crafted custom furnishings and elegant marble bathroom.
Tuscany Tower Rooms -
With sweeping mountain and city views, our 600 Tuscany Tower suites combine old-world splendor with sophisticated, contemporary amenities to create an unforgettable guest experience. Hand-painted Italian art and private foyers provide an elegant and personal space.
The additional $10.00 resort fee has been waived for reservations made under our group code AWIA211. Resort fee includes internet access in all public areas and sleeping rooms, the Internet Cafe, complimentary business center access, incoming and outgoing faxes up to 5 pages, in-room coffee makers, use of the health club, pool, valet, access to the parking garage and surface parking, concierge, local and #800 phone calls, and shuttle service to and from the airport.
Please note: Subject to $10.00 charge for each additional adult over double occupancy, to a maximum of four (4) adults per room.
Conference Shuttle
The Peppermill Resort will provide complimentary shuttle to the Grand Sierra Conference Hotel. Peppermill and Grand Sierra have secured two buses for the Women in Aviation transportation from the Peppermill to the Grand Sierra. Both buses will start at the Peppermill in the morning and will both end at the Peppermill each evening. The buses will be about 30 minutes apart - so a bus will be leaving one hotel every 30 minutes and will run continuously at the times listed below.Thursday, February 24th - 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Friday, February 25th - 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
Saturday, February 26th - 8:00 am and 11:00 pm
Airport Shuttle

The shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour, daily between 4:00 am and 11:30 pm.

The Shuttle leaves from the exit located at the far end of baggage claim every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour daily between 4:15 am and 11:45 pm.

Grand Sierra Rooms - Single/Double accommodations located on floors 1-16. Room rate includes complimentary airport shuttle transportation to/from the hotel, access to hotel's health club, complimentary valet parking, free local phone calls, wireless Internet and (2) bottles of Fiji water.
Luxury Summit Rooms - Newly renovated accommodations (a minimum of 420 sq. ft.) located on floors 17-27. Upscale, luxury amenities include an exclusive Summit check-in desk, dedicated Summit reservationists and Bell staff, private elevator to the Summit floors, stylish accommodations with ultra modern furnishings, spa-inspired bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling marble and rain forest showers. Summit accommodations also include a fully-equipped butler pantry with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
All rooms include complimentary airport shuttle transportation to/from the hotel, access to hotel's health club, complimentary valet parking, free local phone calls, wireless Internet and (2) bottles of Fiji water.
Please note: If there are more than two adults in a room, you will be assessed an additional $20 per day which will be reflected in the price of the room at the time of booking.
